Woodthorpe Chardonnay ‘07 has a bright straw/green colour and aromas of white stone fruit and citrus blossom. The lemon and peachy fruit flavours have underlying cream and biscuit notes from the barrel fermentation. The freshness, concentration and elegance of this wine promise cellaring benefits for 2-4 years from harvest.
Woodthorpe Chardonnay ‘07 is delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood, and white meat dishes.
