Sandihurst Waipara Riesling 2006
This Riesling is off-dry in style with aromas of citrus and white peach. The residual sugar is well balanced with fine natural acidity running through the palate and aiding the lengthy finish of the wine. Mid palate weight has been enhanced by the use of lees ageing to increase the mouth feel. Will benefit from mid to long-term ageing where classic secondary Riesling characters will evolve.
